In the past 50-60 years most European countries transformed their economy to industry and service sector. However, some risk annalists are suggesting to diversify their portfolio most preferable investing in agriculture some where in Africa, Asia and Latin America. Some said" we do not have trust on the financial market that is why we are trying to invest in crop production". They also mentioned that the investment cost in agriculture is relativly very low and we won’t lose much if the business goes wrong. How does it go with our transformation plan and the worlds` economic trend? Are we a heading in the wrong direction by transforming our agriculture based economy to service and industry sector? Or are we going to benefit from the recent global financial crisis if we choose to focus on agriculture lead industrialization? What about the risk of rain failure in our country? Very tough decision?
