In a recent interview with WIC PM Meles Zenawi announced that his government is introducing a Japanese management phylosophy known as "Kaizen" which translates as continuous improvement. Being an expert in the very same field I followed the interview with interest. While I am glad that "Kaizen" is being introduced in Ethiopia, I was curious to know what he thinks of the results achieved by implementing BPR.
